Return Process

  Log into your Ravin account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
